Out of school hours care (OSHC)

How to book

All casual bookings must be made via text message to 0478 752 270.

Your booking text message must include:

• your child’s name
• booking date and time.

All permanent bookings must be made via the OSHC booking form and emailed to joel.cooke551@schools.sa.edu.au.

All vacation care bookings must be made via the vacation care booking form and emailed to joel.cooke551@schools.sa.edu.au.

Fees and operating times

Before school care

7am to 8.30am
$16 per session per child

After school care

3pm to 6pm
$26 per session per child

(on days with early school dismissal ie end of school term, there is an additional $2.00 per child charged.)

Pupil free days

7am to 6pm
$65 a session

Vacation care

7.30am to 6pm
$55 a session per child on non excursion days
$65 a session per child on excursion days/centre visit

Bookings and cancellations

Children who do not have a booking will not be able to attend OSHC.

Permanent bookings repeat each week for the term. Places are limited and permanent spots cannot be guaranteed.

Casual bookings can only be made 24 hours before the service starts. Places are limited.

Emergency bookings are for last-minute situations, such as illness or family emergencies. They incur an emergency rate. These include bookings for before school care made after 5pm the day before, and bookings for after school care made after 1pm on the same day. We reserve a small number of spots for genuine emergency bookings.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the booking start time. You will need to pay the full fee for any cancellations outside this time, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
