MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS  -  to buy or hire ?

 

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN INSTRUMENT AT HOME ?

Yes, you do need to have an instrument at home that the student can regularly use to practise. 

Each child is expected to have their own instrument. 

NOTE:   To learn drums you do not need to have a drum kit at home. However, a practice pad and sticks are required.

 

AM I ALBE TO HIRE AN INSTRUMENT FROM THE SCHOOL ?

 

The school does not have a hire department.  There are many music stores and companies that hire out instruments.

Or Hire an instrument from any other musical hire firm that you wish. 

 

DO I NEED TO BRING MY INSTRUMENT TO LESSONS ?

Guitars, violins and flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets, trombones will need to brought to lessons. 

 

Keyboard, drum sticks and drum practice pads will be needed to practise at home. 

▪  Acoustic guitars can be purchased cheaply at your local music store at around $95 - $155 and are not usually available for hire.
